Workplace: work in one EU country (Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland)
Job description:
-Do you have experience as a Quantity Surveyor?
-Have you worked in the construction and construction industry at industrial facilities or Data Centers?
-Are you able to carry out a full construction start, prepare a construction cost plan, track costs and labor efficiency throughout the process?
-Do you know how to read technical and isometric drawings?
-Have you prepared cost estimates for materials, man-hours, fiber and internet processing?
-Do you know the terms of payment under the construction law?
-Prepared subcontracting packages for orders, agreed contracts and managed them until final settlement?
-Are you conscientious and professional in performing your duties?
